According to the German Law on Genetic Diagnostics (GenDG) writen informed consent by the parents/caregivers is needed for specific analyses. The respective analyses are labeled with an * on our request form. The informed consent  form is also part of our request form. Please provide the signed informed consent form with the sample. Otherwise analyses will be delayed.
