Program

The conference will highlight recent developments in key areas of metabolism, diabetes and its complications. We envision contributions allowing the audience to gain an overview of the exciting progress on these fundamental topics by speakers known for their outstanding contributions to this field.

The conference will cover current topics from various fields in diabetes research in the following four sessions:

  • Session I: Clinical Management of Diabetic Complications
  • Session II: Mechanisms in Diabetic Complications
  • Session III: (Epi)Genetics and adipose tissue
  • Session IV: Glucose Control by beta cells
