Research
In addition to the care of our patients and the education of students and staff, research is a central element of our clinic. In our research groups, we cover a broad spectrum of clinical and experimental topics, but always focus on the challenges of modern medicine. Regardless of whether we are looking at cellular mechanisms of the immune response or researching the organization and group dynamics in emergency situations on the patient simulator - our activities always aim to apply our findings as early as possible for the benefit of our patients. True to the motto of the University Hospital: "In scientia salus - healing through science".
