About us
The organisation of working hours takes place in the area of conflict
- the necessities of patient care and the needs of patients
- the wishes and needs of employees
and
- business management and (collective bargaining and European) legal requirements.
In addition to the processing and maintenance of time sheets and the management of electronic time recording, the main tasks of working time management include, in particular, advising our clinics, institutes and specialist departments and implementing practical working time models.
