Car park management
The parking management control and information centres are contact points for all visitors and patients. They monitor and coordinate the smooth movement of vehicles. Thanks to the latest high-performance technology, all car park management facilities and systems are networked in such a way that the maintenance team can respond promptly to any disruptions. The traffic patrols monitor the proper use and maintenance of all car parks and escape routes.

Security service
There is a special escort service for women in Neuenheimer Feld. In urgent cases, the internal emergency number can be reached around the clock.
In addition, the security service monitors the entire grounds of the hospital at night with the help of dogs. In the event of problems - including damage to property and theft - the hospital staff can rely on the active support of the security service, which is immediately on the spot.
