Fungal infections

Risks for systemic fungal infections include factors such as immunosuppression and exposure due to travel to endemic areas and increasingly climate change. These infections are rare, difficult to diagnose and treatment is complex and lengthy. We look after patients with systemic mycoses due to pre-existing immunosuppression or following a tuberculosis infection during treatment and aftercare. We also treat patients with rare mycoses after traveling to endemic areas worldwide.
