About us
One of the main tasks of the Group Management and AT Management department is to agree balanced contractual conditions that regulate all of the tasks and competences of the professor in the clinical area - including remuneration, which takes the place of the liquidation right. Innovative regulations on the financial participation of medical and non-medical staff in the liquidation proceeds are also taken into account accordingly.
A further core focus of the department is advising and auditing in all matters relating to secondary employment law, in particular in connection with the significance of the Corporate Governance Code.
