Focus

My research interest is on dietary patterns which contributes to certain pathophysiological pathway of diseases and how this can contribute to medical interventions.

Tracy holds a Bachelor and a Master of philosophy in Human nutrition and dietetics. Her interest in diet and diseases lead her first research in the assessment of diet of children with sickle cell diseases in Komfo Anokye Teaching hospital in Ghana.
Currently, she is affiliated with Universitätsklinikum Heidelberg, Heidelberg and her research focus are to investigate into dietary patterns that contribute to the pathophysiological pathway of disease. T his is also to contribute to the epidemiological studies which provide evidence base results for nutritional intervention.
