Institute of Medical Informatics
Our aim is to improve the course of patients' diseases through efficient information systems.
We develop and evaluate software solutions, in particular for electronic data capture (EDC), and make data from hospital information systems usable for various purposes. We conduct research with longitudinal and multimodal patient data and design information systems for clinical decision support (CDS). A special focus is on the development of software as a medical product.

- Further qualification for medical specialist 'Medical Informatics'
