Operation and maintenance in the Old Town, Old Clinic, Theoretical Centre / Institutes in Neuenheimer Feld:

Mechanical systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary facilities)
4 drinking water transfer stations in the old hospital and Neuenheimer Feld
3 service water well systems in Neuenheimer Feld
Technical outdoor facilities (drinking water, service water, waste water, natural gas networks as well as above-ground hydrants and emergency exit supply corridors) in the old clinic and throughout Neuenheimer Feld
Implementation of renovation measures within the scope of the indirect discharger ordinance for wastewater pipes in the area of the hospital
Façade access systems, roof cable safety systems and securants in the area of the hospital (surgery, head clinic, medical clinic, administration building, paediatric clinic, NCT, new pathology building, new surgery building)
Planning and implementation of refurbishment measures in the old hospital in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitation
Implementation and cost tracking for small-scale measures in the DAW area for the entire university area (old town, old clinic, Neuenheimer Feld) - total amount: approx. 700,000 EUR per year

Technical machine inspection:

Regular inspection of the BSK, digestors, safety cabinets, wall hydrants, pressure vessels, emergency exits, above-ground hydrants, etc. in the area of the university and in the old medical centre
Regular inspection of the façade access systems, roof rope safety systems, safety edges in the hospital area

New construction - refurbishment - remodelling projects in the university and hospital areas:

Technical advice, planning specifications, complete takeover after completion of the technical facilities and monitoring of warranty defects
