• Carrying out renovation measures within the scope of the indirect discharger ordinance for wastewater pipes in the area of the hospital
• Façade access systems, roof cable safety systems and securants in the area of the hospital (surgery, head clinic, new medical clinic, administration building, new paediatric clinic, NCT, new pathology building, new surgery building)
• Planning and implementation of refurbishment measures in the old hospital in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitation
• Implementation and cost tracking for small-scale measures in the DAW area for the entire university area (old town, old clinic, Neuenheimer Feld) - total amount: approx. 700,000 EUR per year

• Regular inspection of the BSK, digestors, safety cabinets, wall hydrants, pressurised containers, emergency exits, above-ground hydrants, etc. in the area of the university and in the old medical centre
