As an economist and medical doctor, my research interests are at topical and methodological intersections of global health and economics, including the costs and financing of care, the provision of care, and the evaluation of social, economic and health outcomes. I am leading the Global Health and Economics Research Group at the Heidelberg Institute of Global Health.
