Global Health and Economics Research Group

By integrating expertise in medicine, public health, impact evaluation, cost analysis and other areas of economics, the Global Health and Economics Research Group conducts cutting-edge research to support evidence-informed decision-making and policy development. We use empirical and data-driven methods on a wide range of pressing global health issues, including the provision and costs of innovate approaches to maternal and child care or to the prevention and care of HIV, tuberculosis, and noncommunicable diseases. Through rigorous analysis and collaboration with national and international partners, we aim to contribute to sustainable health solutions that improve the well-being of populations across the globe.
