Quality and Risk Management Department

Quality management (QM) at Heidelberg University Hospital is a company-wide task and serves to continuously safeguard and improve patient care and organisational development.

The Quality and Risk Management department, which is assigned to the Revenue Management division, has the following main tasks:

  • Feedback from patients and relatives with complaint management and surveys
  • Risk management
  • External quality assurance
  • Quality reports in accordance with SGB V
  • QM projects
  • G-BA declarations of conformity
  • Support with certified, accredited QM systems
