Ralf Hense has been working as Service Coordinator for Klinik Technik GmbH since 1 March 2015.

His main responsibilities include improving processes and communication between the clinics and institutes as well as the relevant departments/areas of KTG.

Among other things, the focus is on identifying the causes of organisational weaknesses and supporting the coordination of internal and external interfaces.
