Research Group Leader

Dr. Samuel Knauss is a medical doctor, health data specialist, and serial social entrepreneur. His research spans clinical neurology, global health, and the integration of digital health solutions in low-resource settings to bridge the gap in accessing healthcare at the last mile. At the Heidelberg Institute of Global Health and Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, he leads projects aimed at improving healthcare accessibility and outcomes through innovative approaches, combining both high-tech and low-tech methods in digital health.
