After submission of a blood plasma sample according to the request form (see link), the concentration of the corresponding PAH drug(s) (ambrisentan, bosentan, macitentan, sildenafil, tadalafil) in the blood plasma is determined in ng/mL. In addition, an appraisal of the value(s) takes place. For this purpose, the dosage regimen(s) of the patient in question must be indicated on the request form. This makes an individual and specific evaluation of findings possible. The findings will be reported directly to the sender together with the value(s) within 14 days.
