QUALITY MANAGEMENT
The entire Department of Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacoepidemiology has been certified according to the quality management standard ISO 9001:2000 and 9001:2015, respectively, since November 2008 and thus meets the highest quality standards. Regular internal and external audits guarantee the maintenance of our quality standards, which are based on the mission statement of Heidelberg University Hospital.
By integrating all important processes into a transparent, managed system with standardized workflows and binding structures, we ensure
