Group leader Vector Borne Diseases and Geo Health
Peter Dambach is looking into vector borne diseases (malaria, dengue) from a geographical and biological perspective trying to better understand vector population dynamics and how to best control them in an environmentally friendly way. He is the Group Leader of the Vector Borne Diseases and Geo Health Working Group at the Heidelberg Institute of Global Health. Currently he is working on Community based malaria control and Arbovirus detection in African countries and Dengue control in Central America.
