As a Public Health Analyst, his research interests include Infectious Disease Epidemiology, Tropical Diseases (of poverty), Causal variations of health in disadvantaged populations, Maternal and Child Health, and Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI). His doctoral dissertation explored the determinants of uptake of intermittent preventive treatment using sulfadoxine-pyrimethamine (IPTp-SP) and insecticide-treated mosquito nets (ITNs) as interventions against Malaria in pregnancy (MiP) to augment efforts of improving maternal and child health indicators in Ghana.
