After experiencing two different health systems in Indonesia and then in Germany, she wants to contribute to improving Indonesian healthcare as well as health awareness. Since Indonesia is the largest Muslim-majority country, Ramadan is a relevant, yet sensitive topic. Through her research focusing on long-term health outcomes of in utero Ramadan exposure, she hopes it may make people more aware of this topic and help them make an informed decision.
