Teresia Wamuyu Maina

Teresia Wamuyu Maina is junior researcher and a doctoral student at the Heidelberg Institute of Global Health. Her previous research work and projects were centered on understanding tuberculosis infection among the youth and treatment outcomes among people. Ms. Maina's research interests are neglected infectious diseases and climate change and health. For her dissertation, she is using qualitative methods to understand heat stress among community health workers.
