Chelsea Williams
Chelsea serves as the Program Manager of the Global Child Health working group and works as a Research Assistant on projects exploring the convergence of perinatal, child, and adolescent health, investigating their correlation with the impacts of climate change. Her background includes experience as a Registered Nurse in pediatrics, a public health supervisor, and contributions to the National Advisory Committee for Immunizations in Canada. Chelsea is also a dedicated volunteer with Kids Help Phone, providing vital mental health crisis support to youth. In addition to her work with HIGH, she holds the role of Head of Administration and Finance at Just Access e.V., an NGO dedicated to human rights advocacy. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western University and a Master of Public Health from the University of Waterloo, Chelsea is deeply passionate about research, healthcare, and improving the lives of vulnerable populations. Her unwavering commitment to these causes drives her work with the Global Child Health Research group.
