Thit Thit Aye joined the Health Economics and Health Financing group in November 2020. She completed her medical studies in Myanmar and her International Health studies in Heidelberg, Germany. During her doctoral research, Thit Thit will examine the impact of Burkina Faso’s user fee removal policy.
Previously, she worked in Myanmar’s health sector for nine years mainly in the areas of maternal, newborn and child health, quality improvement, health system strengthening, infectious diseases control and harm reduction.
