Quality management / medical controlling
Your praise, suggestions and criticism are important to us. We endeavour to continuously respond to the current needs and requirements of our patients. For this reason, patient feedback has been processed centrally by Quality Management/Medical Controlling at Heidelberg University Hospital since October 2001. We take up every incoming patient opinion and process it, if necessary, e.g. in quality circles and working groups.
In certain cases, we make direct contact with the patients and, if necessary, with the departments concerned on the basis of the reports. Their feedback in this "patient idea management" provides us with important information about the patients' needs. Of course, we are also pleased to receive praise from you.
Patient questionnaire
When you are admitted as an inpatient, you will receive a corresponding questionnaire from the admissions staff. The questionnaires are freely accessible in the outpatient departments and on the wards. Please put the completed questionnaire in one of the return boxes provided for this purpose. Alternatively, you will find a postal address on the questionnaire to which you can return the completed questionnaire. You can also edit the feedback form directly here as a pdf file by filling in the pdf file, saving the document as a new pdf file and sending the edited file to us by e-mail. You can activate the fields by clicking on them with the mouse, or you can use the tab key to jump from one form element to the next. You can tick the boxes by pressing the space bar.
Your answers will be anonymised, evaluated and then made available to employees and managers on a regular basis, including on the intranet.
